I spent a few weeks doing this design to show appreciation for the To Write Love organization. Now that college has kicked into full swing, I won't be able to get back into finishing it until August or so. I'd like to know if there's some interest for actually doing it?
It would be a complete theme for windows, when finished. The menus and things of that nature would require Windowblinds. It would also come with a CursorFX theme, a computer startup theme, a series of backgrounds, and a winamp skin.
Blah blah, mockup was made in Photoshop CS2 and 3. There are lots of people who deserve credit, and I promise will receive it when release actually occurs.
I would love some comments if you would be so kind.
I just found out about TWL within the last year or so. Once I finish this whole theme thing I'm hoping to really spread it around and get the word out and stuff, but no, I'm not like, affiliated with them or anything now.
I'm wrapping up this semester of college tomorrow, which will give me like all of August free, so maybe I'll actually get this finished. It's super ambitious, and I was having trouble finding the time, and believing people would really use it.
But I'll use it, and that should be enough of a reason to finish it.
Yes. Well, I had a friend of mine help on editing the font, because TWLOHA uses the special A, which you can actually see there in the picture. And the cursor is actually by the talented JJYing - [link] - I've used his themes for a long time, he's a pretty big source of inspiration for me on this stuff.
It's still far from done though. I hate the taskbar as it is currently.
And the plan is to include a pack of about 6 wallpapers along with it.
I'm kind of surprised by how little there is for TWLOHA related stuff like that. Like even wallpapers seem scarce. So I guess it's good that I'm doing this?

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
